DESCRIPTION:Try out a variety of lights and hydration vests or belts from UltrAspire during our community run on Wed\, Nov. 6 at 6pm. \nOur UltrAspire rep will have the Lumen 200\, 400\, 600 and 850 waist lights to test out. In addition\, you can try hydration options including the Speedgoat 3.0 or Synaptic 2.0 waist packs and the Bronco race vest. These products can be purchased or ordered through Run Hub. \nAll paces are welcome to join us for our community run/walk. We’ll do our 3- and 5-mile routes from the shop and along the river path. Please bring a headlamp if you don’t plan to demo a waist light. Afterward\, we’ll head to Oakshire Brewing for food and drink.

DESCRIPTION:Join us for our community run/walk on Wed\, Nov. 20 at 6pm to demo the HOKA Skyflow or Mach X 2. \n The Skyflow is a cushioned everyday trainer while the Mach X 2 has a Pebax plate and propulsive rocker and is made for speed work and race day. Our Hoka rep will bring pumpkin pie as a post-run treat!  \nWe’ll do our 3- and 5-mile routes from the shop and along the river path. Please bring your lights and reflective gear! Afterward\, everyone is invited to head to Oakshire Brewing for food and drink. \n*Every Wed we have a physical therapist at the shop from 5:30-6pm for free injury consults. Feel free to come a little early to chat with a PT. \n
