The weekend will include in-store sales\, a panel discussion with high school coaches and former college runners\, and an all teams run and pancake breakfast. \nSchedule:\nThursday 10 am: Sales begin. 6:30-8 pm: Pizza dinner and panel discussion.\nFriday 10 am: All athletes who make a purchase Friday will receive a coupon for a free Run Signature gait analysis at Run Hub\,\nSunday 10 am: All Schools Pre’s Trail Run \nSales will start Thursday at 10 a.m. and continue through closing time at 5 p.m. on Sunday. We will have staff on hand to perform gait analyses\, individually fit runners in spikes and training shoes\, and to answer any questions you have about gear. \nOn Thursday from 6:30-8 p.m.\, we’ll host a pizza dinner followed by a panel discussion with former high school and college runners\, including All-Americans and an Olympian. \nAll middle school and high school athletes who make a purchase on Friday will receive a coupon for a free Run Signature gait analysis at Run Hub! \nOn Sunday at 10 a.m. we are encouraging all middle and high school runners to meet at the store for an All Schools Pre’s Trail Run with a pancake breakfast at the shop to follow. The team with the most runners to show up will receive a $200 donation from Run Hub to their program. Run Hub will donate $100 to the team with the biggest school spirit.

DESCRIPTION:Join us for a trail run on the beautiful Oregon coast! We will meet at Run Hub at 8 a.m. to carpool to the Cape Perpetua Visitor Center. Note: It costs $5 per vehicle to park there for the day. Salomon will provide demo shoes for runners to wear during the trail run. Runners can choose to do an approximately 6-7 mile loop\, add a couple miles to the viewpoint for 8-9 miles\, or meet us at Yachats Brewing for 12-13 miles. We will all meet up after the run at the brewery for lunch. \nNote: Our destination trail run is one week earlier than usual to accommodate for Level 32 Racing’s Hardesty Hardcore Trail Run on Aug 31.

DESCRIPTION:Join Girls on the Run Willamette Valley at Run Hub for an informational night. Girls on the Run is a non-profit after-school program for girls in grades 3-8 that combines health education and running. Ten-week sessions are offered every spring and fall. At the end of the program\, girls participate in a 5K. \nLearn more about the organization’s upcoming spring 2020 season\, how to become a coach and how to get involved in other ways. This season\, Girls on the Run will need over 20 committed coaches\, 100 5K buddies\, as well as program sponsors to help them continue to reach the underserved girls in our communities. DESCRIPTION:Join us on Black Friday for a fun post-Thanksgiving run! Meet at the store at 11 a.m. This year we are doing something a little different. Our On rep Cary will be back to demo shoes and lead you in a fun event called Shortcut to a Runner’s High! \nHow does it work? It’s all about taking the shortest route. The run will start at Run Hub but your destination will only be revealed right before you start (it won’t be more than a few miles there and back). And instead of counting minutes and seconds\, we’re counting miles. The person with the lowest distance will win a pair of the brand new Cloudflows! After the run we’ll enjoy some brunch goodies back at the shop. \nWe will use Strava to assess your mileage\, so join the Run Hub Northwest club on Strava! \nEveryone who participates in the run will also get $10 in Run Hub Bucks to use in the store!
