SUMMARY:HOKA Speedgoat 7 Demo & Trail Run
DESCRIPTION:Test out the HOKA Speedgoat 7 at Mt. Pisgah with Run Hub! The Speedgoat 7 is a highly cushioned\, responsive and grippy trail shoe. All paces are invited to join us for the run. There will also be a prize raffle. \n\n\n\nWe’ll meet at 9am at the main parking lot at Mt. Pisgah (34901 Frank Parrish Rd) for a 4- and 9-mi trail run. All paces are welcome. Parking pass required. After the run\, we’ll have a parking lot tailgate of sorts with HOKA providing some treats. \n\n\n\n4-mile route9-mile route

DESCRIPTION:Join us every Wednesday for a laid-back\, fun run or walk. We meet in front of Run Hub at 515 High Street. Runners and walkers can choose to go 3 or 5 miles at a range of speeds (seriously). Anyone and everyone is welcome\, including small persons in strollers and our four legged-friends.
