DESCRIPTION:December’s RunVenture will be as fun and festive as the last two\, but with a tacky twist! Participants are encouraged to wear their tackiest holiday garb for the adventure (a few special prizes may be awarded). \n**Special for this month’s RunVenture\, we will be donating items to two families in need. Please consider this your entry to the event. Visit the RunVenture Facebook event wall for all the details. Here is a direct link to the items the families have requested. It’s sort of like a run mixed with a scavenger hunt of local businesses. Armed with a map that we’ll give you\, you’ll head to as many of the Eugene businesses as possible in an hour. Businesses may require you to do an activity or answer trivia about them. It’s your goal to get to as many of the businesses as you can in one hour. Make your way back to the store by 4:00 p.m. sharp for the raffle\, more vendor fun\, and free beverages! Invite your friends and family and we’ll see you there! \nSchedule:\n2:00-3:00 p.m. Pre-func with vendor samples\, product demos and run instructions delivered\n3:00-4:00 p.m. RunVenture! DESCRIPTION:Let’s celebrate the season with a little extra holiday cheer this Wednesday! Come for the group run and bring a dozen or two of your favorite holiday cookies to share with others afterward and hopefully we can all take home a few extras. \n  \nRun Hub will provide some cookies and hot cocoa\, but we’d love to test out your favorite recipe! Mmm… \n  \nAs usual\, bring lights or wear your reflective gear (and a little red & green) if you have it. There will be 3 or 5 mile options available. All paces welcome\, including walkers.
