SUMMARY:McKenzie River Trail Group Run
DESCRIPTION:For our next destination trail run we’ll be heading out to the McKenzie River Trail to get some miles in. Meet at the store at 7:30 a.m. and we’ll carpool out to Belknap Hot Springs along the McKenzie River. We will park at Belknap and do an out and back run from there. Following the run\, we’ll hit the hot springs for a soak. Belknap Hot Springs are $7 per hour. Please bring you water and fuel as well as a swimsuit and warm layers for afterward. \nThere will be options to run 60 or 90+ minutes. We should be back to Eugene by early afternoon. DESCRIPTION:Don’t miss out on another fun trail run! This time we’ll be headed out to Elijah Bristow State Park\, just about 20 minutes outside of Eugene off Hwy 58. The trail is flat\, single track trail near the Middle Fork of the Willamette River. This is also a great preview run for anyone planning to participate in the Bristow Trail Runs on February 6. \nWe will have two distance/time options\, likely 60 or 90 minutes. All paces and abilities are welcome. Please bring some water & food with you. \nAs usual\, we will be meeting at Run Hub at 7:30 a.m. that morning to carpool to the park\, so grab a friend and some coffee and let’s go!
