DESCRIPTION:Join us for HOKA demo night to test out the new Clifton 4 and the Speedgoat 2 (the newest trail shoe to hit our shelves)! You can’t go wrong with either of these options for extra cush on the road or trail. Alex\, our HOKA rep will have both shoes available for you to try on the group run (3 or 5 miles). All paces are welcome! \n  \nLooking to replace your current trail shoes? The Speedgoat 2 has that awesome Vibram outsole to give you extra traction and confidence on the trails. \n  \nWhile the Clifton 4 is yet to be released (coming July 1)\, we have no doubt\, it will be a fan favorite. The latest version will maintain its lightweight\, but cushioned ride but be even more durable and have a more adaptable fit with an engineered mesh upper. \n  \n*Word on the street is we may also have a special GU/HOKA collaboration flavor available for sampling. Anyone like s’mores??

SUMMARY:McKenzie River Trail Run & Raft
DESCRIPTION:This month\, we’re offering a special destination trail run with a choose your adventure option of rafting the McKenzie River too! We’ll meet at the store at 7:30 a.m. and get rolling by 7:45 a.m. to head to Paradise Campground boat launch and arrive by 9:00 a.m. \n  \nOur friends at Horse Creek Lodge are offering shuttling up the river from Paradise so we can do a point-to-point run with options of 5 or 11 miles. Shuttling is $2. Please email reservations@horse-creek.com to reserve your spot on the bus! \n  \nAfter the 1-2+ hr trail run (depending which distance you choose)\, we’ll have lunch (bring your brown bag!) and then those who are up for rafting will suit up in booties and wet suits and get going around 12:30 p.m. The raft trip is about 2.5-3 hours of floating on the river and also includes snacks and a shuttle back to Paradise for $50. This is a $10 discount for our group. \n  \nThere should be a decent amount of folks doing one or both options\, so we can determine the carpool situation prior to leaving Run Hub. \n  \n**For those rafting with us\, book your trip here. \nUse code RHNWRAFT for the special pricing for the afternoon trip. You will sign up for the 1:30 option\, even though our group is meeting at Paradise at 12:30.
