Join us Thursday\, December 7 for an informational meeting. Find out more about the organization that is inspiring girls in our community to be joyful\, healthy and confident! \nGirls on the Run is an after-school program for girls in grades 3-5. Teams meet twice per week in the spring and the season culminates in a celebratory\, non-competitive 5K event. DESCRIPTION:You may have seen we are now carrying Craft’s active comfort baselayer. Not only is it the perfect winter layer on cold days\, but it’s also great solo on a less than bitter day. On Wednesday\, December 13 @ 6:00 p.m.\, you’ll have the opportunity to test out Craft’s baselayer options (Active Comfort\, Active Intensity and Active Extreme) while you run. This is a great way to try it before you buy it. We’re positive you’ll be impressed! \nOur Community Run includes a 3 or 5 mile option along the river path. Please bring your lights and reflective gear. All paces are welcome. Optional core work follows the run.

DESCRIPTION:Holidays you say? How did they get here so fast? We’re not sure either. But one thing we know for sure\, is that our Holiday RunVenture is right around the corner! \nWe’ll have fun demo products for you to try: New Balance shoes\, Garmin watches and more. The RunVenture goes from 2-3:00 p.m. and will include a 3-4 mile jaunt around town to a variety of local businesses. After the run\, there will be prizes\, beer from Oakshire Brewing and time to hang out with your running buddies. \nGiving Back: We will again be collecting donations for St Vincent de Paul families in need. This year we have been assigned two local families in need with three children each. Our request is that you donate a gift or $ to purchase a gift for the families as your entry to the event. \nCLICK HERE to look at the wish lists from the families.
