DESCRIPTION:Join us for our regularly scheduled group run/walk and enjoy hearing from the author of a new biography on Steve Prefontaine.  \n\n\n\nFor the run/walk\, meet at the shop at 515 High Street. Runners and walkers can choose to go 3 or 5 miles at a range of speeds (seriously). Anyone and everyone is welcome\, including small persons in strollers and our four legged-friends. We have 2-3 staff members lead the run and one walk leader. \n\n\n\nAfterward\, we’ll head to ColdFire Brewing Company\, 263 Mill St\, for a talk by author Brendan O’Meara on his new book\, The Front Runner: The Life of Steve Prefontaine. Books will be available for sale and O’Meara will answer questions and sign books.
