Come a little early to check out a pair of demo shoes\, then choose to run or walk 3 or 5 miles on the bike path. All paces and abilities are welcome! Please bring lights and/or reflective gear so you can be seen on the path. \n\n\n\nThe Novablast 4\, a snappy neutral daily trainer\, has been updated with bouncier cushioning and a softer\, more breathable upper.

DESCRIPTION:Share your favorite holiday cookies with your running buddies! Come for our Wednesday night community run and then join us afterward for cookies and cocoa. We’ll provide the cocoa. We invite you to bring some of your favorite seasonal cookies to share! \n\n\n\nThis year\, we’ll be hosting the Cookies & Cocoa portion of the event under the tent at ColdFire Brewing (263 Mill St). The run will begin and end at the shop and then we’ll migrate to ColdFire for the cookie exchange. \n\n\n\nAs usual\, the run will begin at 6 PM. Choose to run 3 or 5 miles on the Willamette River Path. Please wear lights or reflective gear for safety. All paces are welcome!
