SUMMARY:Destination Trail Run: Dead Mountain Oakridge Triple Summit Preview Run
DESCRIPTION:On September 24-26\, the Oakridge Triple Summit Challenge will take place\, so we will not be doing a destination trail run at the end of September. Instead we are going to do one a couple of weeks earlier on Sunday\, September 12. We will meet at 8 AM at Run Hub to carpool to the Dead Mountain trailhead. We will leave Run Hub around 8:15 and should arrive at the trailhead around 9 AM. This is an up and down mountain course\, so if you want to summit it will be just over an 11-mile roundtrip. If you want to run less you can turn around at anytime\, but I promise the views are worth the summit! After the run we will head to 3 Legged Crane Pub and Brewhouse (formerly known as Brewers Union Local 180) for a beer and lunch. All levels and abilities are invited! This is a preview run for Day 2 of the Oakridge Triple Summit Challenge. If you are interested in running or volunteering at the race there are still spots available.
