Join us every Wednesday for a laid-back, fun run from the store. Runners and walkers will go anywhere from 3-7 miles at a range of speeds (seriously). Anyone and everyone is welcome, including small persons in strollers and our four legged-friends. Runs will include a short warm up and will finish with an optional core work session in the store.
