Join us every Saturday for a group run along the river and/or Pre’s Trail. All distances and paces are welcome. Most people will be running anywhere from 4-8 miles, but some will be running longer for their half or full marathon training.
On the last Saturday of every month, we’ll have a destination trail run planned for those who are interested. Because of this, on the last Saturday of the month, there will NOT be a run from the store. Details will be posted on our Facebook page the week of the trail run.
