Run trails with a group this Sunday, June 29 @ 8am at Wild Iris Ridge! We’ll meet at the corner of Bailey Hill Rd and S Bertelsen Rd, talk about the 3.5-mile route and head out. Run one or two loops and then head to Coffee Plant Roaster afterward! ☕️

It’s community run/walk night! Join us at 6pm for 3 or 5 miles from the shop. Afterward, we’ll head to ColdFire Brewing for food, drink and community.

Physical therapist Mike Robinson, DPT from @zenith_pnw will be at the shop from 5:30-6pm for free injury consults.
