Are you newer to running or coming back from a break? Registration is OPEN for our Beginner 5K Training Program!

What’s included:
⭐️12-week program designed for beginner runners and those returning to running
⭐️Saturday practices @ 8:30am
⭐️Coaching by RRCA-certified coaches, including weekly training guidance and Saturday workouts
⭐️Access to the YMCA gym facilities on Saturdays during the program
⭐️15% discount on reg. priced merchandise at Run Hub
⭐️Expert talks on mobility and strength, proper nutrition and the mental performance side of training

We’re a week out from the Gear Grants Pancake Run! Sign up to join us on March 7 at 9am for the 5K, 10-miler and/or pancake breakfast. All paces are welcome.

Don’t want to run? You’re invited to sign up for just the pancake breakfast (pancakes, sausage, fruit, OJ, coffee), or help us on race day as a volunteer!

Thanks to our sponsors, all ticket proceeds go to gear grants for local student athletes in need of financial assistance to purchase their shoes and spikes for the track & field season.

It’s that time of year where we ask for your nomination for the Best Running Stores award! ⭐️ If you have had a great experience in the shop, enjoyed our community runs, adventured on the trails with us, or received a Gear Grant, we’d love your vote.

Join us for our community run & walk tonight at 6pm! All paces are welcome for our 3 and 5-mi routes from the shop. Afterward, we’ll head to Oakshire Brewing for food and drinks.

Every Wednesday from 5:30-6pm we have a physical therapist at the shop offering free injury consults. Kellie Cannon, DPT from Go! Physical Therapy will be at the shop tonight.

Thanks to HOKA for coming out for our February destination trail run! Runners tested out the grippy lugs and cushioned ride of the new Speedgoat 7 while running 4-9 miles at Mt. Pisgah. ⛰️ The Speedgoat 7 is available now at Run Hub.

🌀Save the date for our next trail run! Altra will join us on Sunday, March 29 @ 9am at McDonald Forest.
