For this month's trail run, we'll head to the McDonald Forest just north of Corvallis in the eastern foothills of the Coast Range. Meet at Run Hub at 8 a.m. to carpool. We'll have five, 10 and 15 mile options, and as usual we will meet up for lunch following the workout.

Our Halloween RunVenture is back this year! The RunVenture is a scavenger hunt to other local businesses in town. For each location you check off on your RunVenture passport you get points and points get you raffle tickets. After the run we'll raffle off prizes from some of the participating businesses.
