Our fall Beginner 5K Training Program kicks off ne

Our fall Beginner 5K Training Program kicks off next Saturday, Sept. 6 at 8:30am in conjunction with @yeugenefamily. If you want to run or run/walk your first 5K, this 12-week program is a great way to do it!

Participants will receive a weekly training program, Saturday practices with the team, support and guidance from RRCA certified coach Pamela Bilyeu, a team shirt, 15% off merchandise at Run Hub, access to the YMCA on Saturdays during the program, and more.

Tonight: Community Run/Walk @ Run Hub (6pm) + Pint

Tonight: Community Run/Walk @ Run Hub (6pm) + Pint Night @ Beergarden (6-10pm)!

Come for the community run/walk of 3 or 5 miles, then make your way to @beergardenme where every pint purchased (NA options too) earns $1 for our Gear Grants program.

Can’t make it for the run? You can go to Beergarden on your own. A few tables will be reserved for us @ 7:15pm.

Tonight’s physical therapist is Jenn Randall, DPT from @zenith_pnw. Stop by from 5:30-6pm for a free injury consult.

Come out for pint night Wednesday eve at the Beerg

Come out for pint night Wednesday eve at the Beergarden! 🍺 For every pint purchased, Beergarden will donate $1 toward the Run Hub Gear Grants program. Join us after the community run, or on your own to support the program.

Gear grants are $200 grants given to cross country and track & field athletes who need assistance purchasing shoes and spikes for their season. Applications are currently open for the 2025 cross country season.

For every $100 donated, Run Hub is able to give out one grant. Get more info, donate or apply at runhubnw.com/run-hub-gear-grants.
