To add a little fun to our weekly group run, Altra will be here with demo shoes for you to try out on your run. Runners will hear a bit about what makes Altra unique and how the shoes work before heading out on the run. Our weekly group run includes 3, 5, and 7 mile options with all paces welcome. As usual, we’ll follow the run up with a quick optional core session.
