Join us for our regularly scheduled community run/walk and demo the brand new Glycerin 22 from Brooks!
The Glycerin is a neutral, highly-cushioned shoe great for everyday walking and running. Its nitrogen-infused cushioning is optimized for soft landings and propulsive toe-offs. All paces are welcome for this demo!
We meet at the shop at 515 High Street. Runners and walkers can choose to go 3 or 5 miles at a range of speeds (seriously). Anyone and everyone is welcome, including small persons in strollers and our four legged-friends. We have 2-3 staff members lead the run and one walk leader.
