Life’s batter with pancakes!

Join us on Saturday, Feb 24, for the 2024 Gear Grants Pancake Run, a 5K race and pancake breakfast fundraiser for Run Hub Gear Grants! 

This timed event will start at 9 AM at the Campbell Community Center, 155 High St in Eugene. The course will loop through Alton Baker Park before returning to the community center. Eclectic Edge Racing will be timing the event. Then join us inside the community center for a pancake breakfast.  

You can choose to do just the race, just the breakfast, or both! Pancakes will be served until 11 AM. The breakfast ticket includes a meal of pancakes, sausages (veggie option), fruit, and juice.

Thanks to our sponsors, all ticket proceeds will go to Run Hub Gear Grants, which provides $200 grants to middle and high school track & field and cross country athletes in the Eugene area who need help purchasing shoes and other gear for their season.

Since the program’s inception in fall 2022, Run Hub has distributed nearly 90 Gear Grants. The Spring 2024 Gear Grants application will open February 15, and grants will be issued to track and field athletes in March. 

Asics will also be on-site showcasing the brand-new Gel-Nimbus 26! Every ticket holder who attends the event will be given a raffle ticket for a chance to win their own pair of Nimbus shoes!
