Save the date for our annual McKenzie River Run & Raft! We’ll have more details and registration links coming soon!
Join us for a fun day on the McKenzie River! Meet at Run Hub at 8-8:15 to carpool to Paradise Campground (57489 McKenzie Hwy, Blue River) or meet at Paradise Campground parking lot around 9:30am.
Our friends at Horse Creek Lodge will provide the shuttle and guide the raft trip.
The Shuttle will transport you upriver from Paradise Campground to do a point-to-point run with 4-5, 7-8, and 14-15 mile drop off options. The shuttle does cost but is free if you decide to do the rafting portion as well. All paces are welcome to run or hike the trail. Please bring your own water and fuel for the day. It will be warm on the trail and there isn’t access to drinking water on the run.
After lunch (not provided), those who signed up for rafting will suit up in optional booties and wet suits and get going about 1-1:30 p.m. The raft trip is about 3 hours of floating on the river and includes snacks and a shuttle back to Paradise Campground for ~$70.
