Join us for our Wednesday night community run and demo some Mizuno shoes! Our rep will bring the Waveknit R2, a soft neutral shoe with a stretchy knit upper, and the Wave Inspire 15, a stability shoe with responsive cushioning. If you’re not sure whether you need a neutral shoe or a stability shoe one of our staff members would be happy to do a quick gait analysis for you!

As usual, our run will start at 6 p.m. Enjoy 3 or 5 miles on the Willamette River Path, and please wear lights or reflective gear so you can be seen. All abilities and paces are welcome!
