For our monthly destination trail run we will be heading south toward Roseburg, to a small town called Glide. Home to the North Umpqua Trail system. With a 79 mile point to point trail, we will be doing the flattest part of the trail called the Tioga Segment. All levels of runners are welcome and we will have routes that should fit every runner’s need, with a 5, 10, or 15 mile option. Some of the highlights of the trail will be Deadline Falls, Fern Creek Falls and Bob Butte.

After burning calories in the forest, come replenish your body by grabbing a bite to eat at O’tooles Pub in Roseburg, OR.

We will be meeting at Run Hub at 8:00 a.m. to carpool to the trail. It is about an hour and 50 minute drive. After the run everyone is welcome to grab some food and drink at O’tooles Pub on the way back home. Please bring water and fuel for yourself for the run, as well as a change of clothes for afterward. And if you are planning to carpool, it’s always nice to bring a few $ for gas for the driver.
