Join us for the what, when and why of ideal pre-race and race day nutrition!
Caitlin Goodman, UO sports nutritionist for the volleyball and basketball teams and former collegiate runner, along with Brett Ely, 4-time Olympic Trials qualifier, Team Run Eugene athlete and UO doctoral student in human physiology will discuss pre-race and race day nutrition, including what to eat, strategy around your fueling and a bit of the science behind it. Q&A session to follow the talk. This is great for anyone prepping for an upcoming half (like EWEB Run to Stay Warm) or full marathon.
