Starting May 1, we’ll be stocking the new Saucony Ride! Join us on Wednesday, May 10 to demo the Saucony Ride 10 (or Freedom or Guide), on the run.

The Saucony Ride is a neutral, moderate cushion shoe with an engineered mesh upper and woven heel collar. The Ride also has a TRI-FLEX outsole that allows for better ground contact, pressure distribution and propulsion at toe-off.

As usual, we’ll have 3 or 5 mile options for our community run, a dynamic warm up and optional core work afterward.
