Gear Grants Pancake Run 2026 Volunteer Sign-Up

Thank you for signing up to volunteer at the Gear Grants Pancake Run on Saturday, March 7, at the Campbell Community Center! We need about 25 volunteers total. We need volunteers for set up (2-3), course marshaling (13-15), food preparing and serving (5-6), managing registration and bib pick-up (2-3), and cleaning up after the breakfast (3-4). About a week prior to the event we’ll reach out to let you know your volunteer assignment. For your participation, we’ll provide volunteers breakfast during the event.

While these are our preferred volunteer times, if you aren’t able to make an entire shift, any time you are available to help out is appreciated. The course marshaling is likely to end prior to 11:30AM, but there may be 1 or 2 folks needed until then. Thank you!
