Yesterday was a perfect fall day to run trails in our own backyard. 🍂 Thanks to everyone who came out!

Save the date for our next trail run on Sunday, Dec. 1. We’ll have registration open soon for the McKenzie River trail run and hot springs soak with Brooks!

Tonight: Dress up, grab a friend and come to Run H

Tonight: Dress up, grab a friend and come to Run Hub for our Halloween RunVenture at 5:30pm! 👻 Demos for On shoes, OOFOS recovery footwear and Shokz headphones start at 5:30pm and the run/walk starts at 6pm.

🎃 You’ll have one hour to do the 3-4 mile route. Please bring your lights so you can see and be seen!

🏆 We’ll end the run at Beergarden at 7pm and have beverages and a prize raffle courtesy of the businesses and brands participating. 🧟‍♀️ There will be a costume contest for spookiest, best duo/group and most creative! 👯

Run or walk with us tonight at 6pm! Please bring your lights for our 3- and 5-mile routes from Run Hub and along the river path. Afterward, we’ll head to Oakshire Brewing for food and drink.

Physical therapist Mike Robinson from @zenith_pnw will be at the shop from 5:30-6pm for free injury consults.
