The Run Hub community run/walk is BACK tonight at 6pm! Join us for 3 or 5 miles from the shop. All paces are welcome. Afterward, we’ll head to ColdFire Brewing for food and drink.

Do have some aches and pains? Come to the shop from 5:30-6pm to chat with physical therapists Jesse Klein or Jenn Randall from Zenith Performance & Wellness.

Our group run/walk meets at the shop every Wednesday at 6 PM. All paces are welcome, and no registration is necessary.

Please bring lights and/or reflective gear for our 3- and 5-mile routes on the river path.
