Trail Training Program

Because of recent changes in state guidelines regarding COVID-19, we are making this a virtual training team. However, if conditions improve, we will look into incorporating in-person practices into the program.

About the Program:

This is an 11-week virtual training program for runners who want to improve as a trail runner and complete a trail race. Two experienced trail runners and coaches will write individualized training plans for each participant using Google Docs. They will also host weekly virtual calls on Tuesday evenings in lieu of meeting in person and will suggest locations for long runs.

The first virtual team meeting will be July 28.

We ask that if you do choose to run with other people during your training that you adhere to public health guidelines set by the Oregon Health Authority.

Email info@runhubnw.com if you have questions for the coaches!
