Community Run/Walk Wed: Demo the adidas Adios Pro 4 or Adizero EVO SL tonight @ 6pm at Run Hub! All paces are welcome for our 3 or 5-mile routes. Afterward, we’ll head to ColdFire Brewing for food and drink.

Our fall Beginner 5K Training Program kicks off ne

Our fall Beginner 5K Training Program kicks off next Saturday, Sept. 6 at 8:30am in conjunction with @yeugenefamily. If you want to run or run/walk your first 5K, this 12-week program is a great way to do it!

Participants will receive a weekly training program, Saturday practices with the team, support and guidance from RRCA certified coach Pamela Bilyeu, a team shirt, 15% off merchandise at Run Hub, access to the YMCA on Saturdays during the program, and more.
