We are closed on Friday, January 30 in protest of ICE and the many abuses of power by the current federal government. We stand with Minnesota, and we stand with all freedom loving Americans that respect human dignity, the rule of law, our Constitution, and have had enough.

January is a slow month for us, Fridays are one of our better days of the week. We are paying our staff that were scheduled to work on Friday. It will hurt a little to shut down for a day. Any runner knows that you have to pay a price and experience discomfort to reach your goals. It's hard sometimes. If the goal is freedom and justice, a day closed is a small discomfort to pay.

Businesses are supposed to be neutral, right? It's really hard to stand by while people die, the rule of law is ignored, our Constitution is trampled upon, and pretend it's all okay. We want a lot of things to change, but removing ICE from our communities would be a start. We need Congress to take action now!

Protest tomorrow in person at Springfield City Hall at 2:00 p.m. (225 5th Street). In the words of the late John Lewis, it's time to, "Get in good trouble, necessary trouble, and help redeem the soul of America."

Lace up for local student athletes! 🏃🏽🥞 Join us for the Gear Grants Pancake Run on Sat, March 7. Choose a 5K or 10-miler, then celebrate with a pancake breakfast, all while supporting the Gear Grants program.

Participants can choose to do a race and breakfast, or either one. Sign up at runhubnw.com.

Gear Grants is a 501c3 non profit that gives $200 gear grants to student athletes needing financial assistance to purchase their track or cross country gear. Since 2022, Gear Grants has given 287 grants to students in need.

Thanks to our sponsors ASICS, KIVA Grocery & Deli, Krusteaz, Palace Coffee & Bakery, Rowell Brokaw Architects and Zenith Performance & Wellness, all ticket proceeds go directly to fund grants for the upcoming season.

Another trail run opportunity is coming your way this Sunday, Jan. 25 at Thurston Hills! Meet at 8:30am at Run Hub to carpool or 9am at Quartz Park for a pre-run huddle and photo.

We’ll have options to run 4.5, 7.5 or 11 miles. Afterward, the group will head to PublicHouse for food and drink!See the link in stories for more details.
