Rain or shine, we’ll be out here every Wednesday @ 6pm for the community run & walk! Grab an extra layer and join us for 3 or 5 miles from Run Hub. All paces are welcome to join.

After the run and walk, we’ll head to ColdFire Brewing for food and drink.

Stop by the shop from 5:30-6pm for a free injury consult with physical therapist Michelle Tyndall of @healingmotionpt.

🚧 Road construction continues on High St! The best way to access Run Hub is by coming down 5th St from Pearl St or west of it. Parking spots are available in front of the shop and in the lot behind the store. Thanks for your understanding!

Join us every Wednesday at 6pm for our community run/walk from the shop! We have 3 and 5-mile routes through Alton Baker Park and returning along the river path. Afterward, we head to ColdFire Brewing for food and drink.

If you’re injured or are interested in chatting with a physical therapist, stop by Run Hub from 5:30-6pm to chat with Jesse Klein, DPT from @zenith_pnw.
