Our Beginner 5K Training Program starts this Satur

Our Beginner 5K Training Program starts this Saturday, Sept. 12! This 11-week program is geared toward beginner runners or those coming back from a break. Athletes will train to complete the Run to Stay Warm 5K in November. 🍂

In partnership with the Eugene Family YMCA, participants will have access to the Y facilities on Saturdays during the program. Additionally, members receive a weekly training plan, coached practices, a welcoming team environment, a team shirt, socks and discount at Run Hub during the program.

Join us to explore the new South Eugene Meadows section of the Ridgeline Trail with Altra on Sunday, Sept. 6 at 10am. 👟We’ll demo the Altra Experience Wild 3, Timp 6 and Lone Peak 9.

The South Meadows loop will be about 4.5 miles. Those who want to run longer will have the option to add on a summit of Spencer Butte for ~9 miles. Afterward, we’ll head to the Garden on Friendly St for food and drink.

10am: Meet at Trailhead (52nd & Willamette St)

Don't let a little rain stop you! Enjoy a summer run or walk 🏃🏾🏃🏽‍♀️in the rain 🌧️ at our Community Run & Walk this evening at 6:00 pm AND you don't have to get your own shoes wet! Brooks will be joining us to demo the new Ghost Max 4 with plush cushioning that helps every stride feel easy. Instead of post-run popsicles we'll peep fall 🍁with some hot apple cider and fall treats thanks to @brooksgurupdx

All abilities are welcome for 3 or 5 mi run routes and a 2.5 mi walk option.
