Topo demo tonight at 6pm! 👟 Bring a friend and run

Topo demo tonight at 6pm! 👟 Bring a friend and run or walk with the group for 3-5 miles. We’ll demo the Ultraventure 5 (road-to-trail model) and Aura 2 (high-cushioned stability shoe). Afterward, we’ll have a prize raffle. The group will head to PLAY Eugene for food and drinks.

Free injury consults are available from 5:30-6pm with Kellie Cannon, DPT of @go_physical_therapy.

Our fall 5K Training Team kicked off with a great group and a beautiful morning, as we train for the Run to Stay Warm 5K at the end of November. We are grateful for an amazing partnership with the Eugene YMCA to host our training teams.
