Celebrate the season with your run family at our Cookies, Cocoa and Community Run on Wednesday, December 20! Bring a batch of your favorite holiday cookies (homemade or store bought) to share with friends. We’ll supply some cookies and hot cocoa for post run refueling.

Per the usual Wednesday tradition, we’ll hold our Community Run with options to run 3 or 5 miles along the river path. Please bring your lights and reflective gear! All paces and ages welcome! Optional core work follows the run.
