Group Runs

Join us every Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. for a community run at Run Hub!

During the summer we run 3-mile and 5-and-a-half mile loops on Pre’s Trail. Choose your distance! During the winter we switch to the Willamette River path, which has better lighting, to run 3 or 6 miles. Please bring lights and reflective gear in the winter so you can be seen on the path.

Our community runs include a dynamic warm-up to start with and finish with a little stretching and core work. After getting your sweat on, join us for food and drink at a local establishment.

During the summer we host 5:30 a.m. runs on Wednesday mornings. These runs are over for 2019 but join us again for morning runs in 2020!

Join us every Saturday morning at 9:00 a.m. for our all paces group run from the store!

Saturday morning’s group run from the store includes a variety of distances and paces. While some people may be knocking out their long run, others come to run 4-5 miles to kick off their Saturday. Anyone and everyone is welcome, including small persons in strollers or our four-legged friends. Afterward, we usually have bagels or pancakes for the group.

*The last Saturday of every month we do a destination trail run. These events change location, but we typically carpool from the store at 7:30 am. Details can be found on our Facebook page or our events calendar.

Are you a mom looking to find a group to run with or gain some extra motivation to get in a good workout during the week? Our Stroller Run Group is for you! Join moms Sahra Nielsen and Lauren Moe along with others for this fun stroller run/walk.

We typically run (and sometimes walk) 3-5 miles along the river path and adjust our pace based on who attends. Jogging strollers are recommended.  There is free parking behind Run Hub Northwest at 515 High St.

Team Run Eugene Flyers

Are you training for a race or simply looking to get a bit stronger in your running? Join us for speed work on Thursday nights! The Flyers speed group meets every Thursday at a number of locations around Eugene (Margaret Johnson Bailes Track, Hayward Field, Amazon Trail, Hendricks Park, South Eugene, and more). Coach Ian Dobson leads the group through a warm up, workout of at least a few miles, and a cool down. Any and all fitness levels are welcome.
