During the summer we run 3-mile and 5-and-a-half mile loops on Pre’s Trail. Choose your distance! During the winter we switch to the Willamette River path, which has better lighting, to run 3 or 6 miles. Please bring lights and reflective gear in the winter so you can be seen on the path.
Our community runs include a dynamic warm-up to start with and finish with a little stretching and core work. After getting your sweat on, join us for food and drink at a local establishment.
During the summer we host 5:30 a.m. runs on Wednesday mornings. These runs are over for 2019 but join us again for morning runs in 2020!
