Caitlin Goodman, RD and Sports Nutritionist for the UO Athletic Department will speak on the importance of fueling to support performance and overall health as a runner along with how to refuel post race for optimal recovery. While the running side of things is highly important, so is the fuel you put in your body. Join us to learn some key strategies for your marathon or half marathon training!
Caitlin is a sports nutritionist for the UO volleyball and basketball teams and former collegiate runner.
