Join us for a talk and demonstration on a handful of strength, stability and efficiency exercises to optimize your run stride, keep you healthy in your marathon build-up, and help produce a personal best effort, come race day! Joe Uhan is not only a physical therapist at Eugene Physical Therapy, but also an avid and accomplished runner and a USATF Level II Certified Distance Coach.
