We want to help people that lost their belongings in the fires in our area. We will supply a pair of shoes and a few pairs of socks to those in need. If you are one of those people or know someone that we can help, go to our website, runhubnw.com, to fill out a short form. We will fill as many requests as we are able. It’s official, Jazzy has passed the baton, as she heads off to OSU this fall. She has been an extraordinary addition to our team the past two years. Meet our newest team member, Camden Vaught. He has big shoes to fill, but Camden is a 4.0 student at Springfield High, tied for number 1 in his class, and captain of the cross country team. We think he’s up to the task. Welcome to the Run Hub crew Camden!

If you live in Eugene and don’t already know Eric Finan and Jenn Randall, we’d like to introduce you to a couple of awesome human beings. They also happen to be pretty fast. You might remember Eric from the Olympic Marathon Trials in Atlanta earlier this year (2:18). Jenn is a 3-time Butte to Butte winner and recently ran PR’s in the mile (4:43) and 5K (16:24) this summer. We throw some free gear their way as a small sponsorship, but both were customers of the shop and members of our community before any sponsorship, so it was a natural fit. We are lucky to have both representing Run Hub and our community. Thanks Eric and Jenn!

We’re saying goodbye and good luck to talented staffers Jazzy and Mary Beth who are off to chase their dreams. Jazzy heads to Oregon State University to study science with the goal of working in the medical field while Mary Beth heads to Portland to start her career as a school psychologist. In the last few years, both have been integral parts of our staff bringing enthusiasm, excellent shoe and running knowledge and a great work ethic. Thank you, Mary Beth and Jazzy for being part of our team!
