This is a series of workshops to learn about a variety of running and performance related topics including: nutrition, psychological side of training and racing, running mechanics, injury & injury prevention, and running shoes. These workshops will be fun, interactive, and educational and you will leave knowing things that will help your running and training. It will be a series of 8 workshops, but it is not necessary to attend all of them. Although we encourage you to attend as many as you can, you will get a lot out of even just coming to a couple. Along with registration for the workshops, we will also include one of three running performance related books for those who sign up for Run School.
