This is a 10 week training program oriented toward novice runners or walkers wishing to complete their first 5K. The team will meet at 8:30 on Saturday mornings at Run Hub in Eugene, OR. Oregon Medical Group is underwriting the majority of the associated costs for participation as a health and wellness initiative.

Ten week program begins on Saturday, May 4 @ 8:30 a.m. at Run Hub NW (515 High St, Eugene)
Group meets every Saturday and on Race Day (July 4th)
Cost is $75 (non-refundable). A $50 discount is available to the first 75 participants who sign up with the promo code. We have now reached 75 participants. Remaining participants who sign up will pay full price.
