November is National Run Safety Month! If you’re running in the dark, be sure you have a light to see with, plus something reflective so drivers can see you. ⚡️ Bonus point for running with a buddy or sharing your run plans with someone else!

We’ve got a variety of headlamps, reflective gear, lighted vests and more from noxgear, BioLite, amphipod, Black Diamond and Nathan. Stop by Run Hub to check them out!

Join HOKA and Run Hub for a community run & walk t

Join HOKA and Run Hub for a community run & walk tonight at 6pm to demo the Mach X 3! You’ll have a chance to try out this propulsive plated daily trainer on our 3 and 5-mile routes. Don’t forget your lights and reflective gear as it will be dark out!

After the run, we’ll head to ColdFire Brewing for food and drink.

Tonight’s free injury consults will be at the shop from 5:30-6pm with a physical therapist from Healing Motion PT. Stop by if you have an injury.

A perfect fall morning for our 5k training team to kick of the month of November as they enter the home stretch for the @theruntostaywarm 5k at the end of the month.

We had a blast at Friday’s Halloween RunVenture!

We had a blast at Friday’s Halloween RunVenture! 👩🏻‍🎤👻 Thanks to everyone for coming out, the weather for playing nice and local businesses for participating.

HOKA provided the Skyflow and Arahi 8 for everyone to try on the run around downtown Eugene. Costume contest winners included the Louvre thieves, Rumi from KPoP Deamon Hunters and the space cowboys. ✨

Thanks to local businesses @bricksandminifigseugene @playeug @porterhouseclothing @highstreettonics and @elevationbouldering for the raffle prizes and being stops on the run.

🍀 Our next RunVenture will be held in March for St Paddy’s Day.
