Baby steps running group first run

Team Run Hub Registration

Are you a mom looking to get a good workout in during the week? We’ve kicked off the Baby Steps Running Group every Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. from Run Hub. We’ll run/walk over to Alton Baker Park and then will alternate running loops around the park with a variety of exercises like planks, lunges, mountain climbers, glute bridges and more. All paces are welcome!
