Monthly Destination Trail Run

Saturday, Nov. 30 at 8 AM

We will be doing our yearly North Umpqua Trail run a couple months early. This run is on a super scenic out and back trail. The trail goes for over 70 miles, so this is a perfect run for someone who wants to do an easy 5 miler or someone who is training for a 100 miler! We will all start at the Swiftwater Trailhead. Just enjoy the trail and simply turnaround and run back when you choose! Afterward, we’ll head to the North Forty Beer Company to refuel.

Race of the Month: Womenspace Wonder Run

October 20, 2019

This superhero-themed 5K is open to runners and walkers of all ages and abilities. Presented by Womenspace, all proceeds will go to support the organization, which works to prevent domestic violence in intimate partner relationships in Lane County and support survivors in claiming personal power. The race will begin at 11 a.m. at Alton Baker Park. Prizes will be awarded for best costume and best team costumes. For more information and to register, click on the link below!

Motivation Monday

Each week we post photos of local runners who have recently completed races. If you’d like to be featured, submit a high quality photo of yourself and tell us what race you did, when and where it was and how it went for you (did you PR, did you hit a wall but persevere anyway, did you just have a ton of fun?!) Then look for your photo on our Facebook and Instagram pages!

Weekly Group Runs

Meet us at the shop for weekly community runs on Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays at 9:00 a.m.  The runs are free and open to all paces.  Wednesdays include 3 and 5.25 mile options led by Run Hub staff.  Saturdays are open runs with distances up to the individual participants.

During the summer we host 5:30 a.m. runs on Wednesdays – these runs are over for 2019 but join us again for morning runs in 2020!

Shoe Update

Hoka ONE ONE Clifton 6

The updated Hoka Clifton is softer, lighter and more durable. This cushy neutral shoe retains the features runners have come to love about the Clifton, including the early stage Meta-Rocker, but has been improved with a softer engineered mesh upper, embroidery reinforcements to provide more midfoot lockdown, and reinforced eyestays for increased durability.
