One of the most cherished parts of summertime in Eugene, the OTC All-Comers Meets. Wednesdays for 12 and younger, Thursdays for 13 and older. There are three weeks remaining to participate, July 16-17, July 23-24, and August 6-7. (skips a week for USATF Track & Field Championships July 31-August 3)

Have an injury you want to chat with a physical therapist about? Jenn Randall, DPT from @zenith_pnw will be at the shop from 5:30-6pm for free consults.

Congrats to everyone who finished the Butte to But

Congrats to everyone who finished the Butte to Butte on Friday! 💪🏽 Our Beginner 5K Training Team really showed up, both as individuals and as a community. Several of them blew their A Goals out of the water, and a few by more than 5 minutes! 🌟 After everyone completed their race, they gathered in front of the shop, cheering on their fellow community members as they neared the finish line.

We are looking forward to celebrating their hard work at our team party, with several participants already excited about the next 5K training program for the Run To Stay Warm this fall.
